I have been on drilling rigs since I was 18. I have drilled & worked derricks .
I saw my first blowout the other day me and my driller and toolpusher were by the super choke when the rotating head blew out. The OBM hit the crown and it blew the bushings out of the rotary table, it was so dam loud!
I'm not gonna lie it scared the hell out of me and all because I think about was my wife and kid.

And why did you tell us you have been on rigs since you were 18, but not tell us how old you are now?
Doesn't make any sense to me, we have all been on rigs since we were 18, but some have 1 year experience and other have 40+ years, see my point.
