Rob,
Hi. I have currently 15-20 wells in S. Central KY. I have treated these wells with Acid, and performed an Acid Foaming frac with little results. They are producing from a limestone formation. I want to drill into the wells a couple hundred feet, as I feel there is untapped oil I just cant reach it through acid.
Can you help or suggest RJD?

Tom new tools have been developed for jet drilling recently...
you have less destruction then reaming 10 feet of your casing
an you may also do open hole there. save your casing integerity

Just do a standard side track with a pulling unit, more efficient money wise than a coil.
I've done over a hundred of them. Just kick a window and go, just have a wireline company come set a diverter and run in with a mill cut a window, then come out of the hole, trip back in with a motor and bit and a fiberglass top sub make your corner and drill out as far as you wish.

The other thing to consider instead of a standard hcl treatment or frac, is to do a reaxe acid job, you foam up xylene and 15% super nefe and pump it slow and , the foamed xlene will build surface tension and encapsulate the hcl and channel it away from the water and provide a good wormhole effect in the formation with minimal scarring.
Personally I like to use reef brand chemicals if you buy the chem from them they will design you a good reaxe job for free.
I'd be more than happy to help you find a solution.
