We had 5 washout in last 3 days, mud in hole is sildrill with PH12.2. please advise

Bad drill pipe and/or lack of corrosion inhibitor.

SilDrill I is only a shale inhibitor used to prevent the shale formations from basically falling apart on you while drilling.

Any H2S present at all? that can eat your pipe as well. 

Check the doping of the drill collars and make up torque(assuming the washouts are at the drill collars) also check to see that the driller is not setting the pin end sown on the face-Really the rig manager should be on the rig floor when working the BHA because of this. I think a PH above 10 would inhibit corrosion but better to ask someone
