can someone please let me know if they pay per-diem in Oklahoma, and Texas, i am going to be returning to work, after a shoulder surgery,and was wanting to head west,  What is the average wage for that area, i cannot find the jobs listing on here any-more, since they have changed, sure its just me..

@Moss...Not really..Just have to be in the right place at the right time..Its getting harder up here..Everyone in the country trying to get a job around here..And one thing that I've really noticed here in the last year or two is that they are hiring people with zero experience over the experienced..But..There seems to be a lack of water haulers if that's your thing.

Yes, winter has been very mild,no snow to speak of and its only been below zero a few time, Feb and Mar can be bad weather here often times the worst. It would be nice to have some snow to fill ponds and dams. we have had several mild winters last 15-20 years with exception of last 3 years being back to normal
