Drilling Ahead

A Social Network of Oil & Gas Professionals

OK. Why should you take the time to read this?

Because I’m trying to make you, and me, some money that’s why.

Sure. You are going to have to invest some of your hard earned cash but working on the network that I hope we can get together here we just might be able to get the dealer on our side.

You know which company you are working for. Find out which companies they are working for.

December 2008 I was working on the Beatrice Platform in the North Sea. Whilst sitting in the coffee shop just listening to the regular crew I learnt that the field had been taken over by a Canadian Company called Ithaca. All the guys were saying that they were investing their whole pension funds in this new company.
Now me, I’ve never invested in anything my whole life but when I got back onshore and had a look at this company and then spoke to my bank manager about it. Well the bottom line is by the time I decided to invest and I got in at 18 UK pence a share. Today, nearly a year later, Ithaca is sitting at 72 UK pence a share. Show me a bank that’s giving those returns.

The information that we need is not the major players but the small investment companies that might have 1-5% of the investment in a particular field.

Their stock price is very low so you can buy a lot of shares for minimal investment. If the field comes in the minnows can make a double long before the majors.

All this information is in the public domain so unless you are working on a “Tight Hole” well you are not breaking the law. But if we post as much information on here as we can and if we are prepared to have the gamble then surely the outcome is in our hands.
Think of this: If you put all your chips on the roulette wheel and you lose you walk away with nothing. If you buy some stocks and it bombs you will walk away with something.

Just to get you started this is “John Henri’s” share-tip for 2010

Aminex (AEX) on the London market.

I know that this is a bit out of the normal posts on here but hey it is Christmas. Lets try something new for the New Year.

Hi Curtis
thanks for such a quick response.
I'm not out to break the bank but together we have a better grasp on all the stock brokers out there.
Penny shares will deliver good rewards for all the hands that can only invest small amounts.
Lets get the whole patch talking about who they are working for and any information that they can legally give as to how things are going on their projects.
John
