Back in the 1960's.One of the locals in this area took a Mayhew 1000 rig and extended the derrick and added an extra/bigger pump to the package. He started out drilling some wells 800 to 1100 feet. Then he took on drilling on three wells to 1400 foot. He was able to full fill the obligation,with it's struggles. This shows the can do means when needed.
