Would anybody know if the pittman arms on the old Wichtex 18 spudder were originally made of oak or of steel? I am building a 1/12 working model of the thing but the spudder I am taking measurements from has been altered so much that I am not sure if the wood arms have been replaced. Any help would be most appreciated.
