Footage Record 12 Hour Tour

Whats the best footage set in a 12 hour tour on your rig?

I made 1889' 2 days ago in hood county. its a record for this rig. could have made 2000+ ft if we wouldnt have blown a swab.

Not bad Jonathan..... Yeah the old man didn't get to much more then you 2193' to 1889' in 12 hours....
What depth were you at Jonathan?

I came on tour at 8115' and stopped at 10004' by 6pm. we were in the lateral pretty good bit

SPUDDED IN W 14.75 bit p/u 5-8'' DCs 9-6.5 DCs PLUS 2-STABS 8 hrs LATER 2,100' IN COTULLA TEXAS RECORD IN THE AREA F/ SURFACE @ 2,500' IN 10hrs

thats a good bit for surface, do i not have any barnett shale guys out there?

i know that UDI rig 222 has a footage record of 2000'ft exactly in a 12 hour tour. i came in and relieved that crew. and it was done in the same area we were at on that past hole.

on the new rig im on we drilled surface really effin quick one day. i think the rop for a while was 1000ft/hr...

well my relief driller on the opposite hitch beat my record, he made 1915' in his tour from what the tour sheet said. He came on as they drilled out cement on the surface drillout.
we had a new auto driller installed on our rig and we have been making some great hole. also in a good rop area. waiting to see what comes next. i think that 1915 can be beat

Thats the Barnett shale for ya bro, its easy to make over 2000 ft a tour there

Hey I'm in the Barnett Shale drilling for Trinidad Rig 110 and last hitch we drilled 2431' in a 12 hour tour thats in Burleson Texas but since then from what I hear since then nothing but problems many bit trips and lossing mud alot

TD surface 1589'. Spud to TD 4 1/2 hrs, goldsmith tx. Lariat 17. 12 1/4" bit, 3-8" dcs, 18-6" dcs. Could have been done 30-45m sooner but flow line jet couldn't keep up with the cuttings. came on tower, safety check, spud,TD,TOH, and tagged up csg by relief time. Busy day.

cant say exactly how much we made each tower but on a h and p rig i worked on not long ago working 12 hour tours we drilled a mile in 24 hours so the average was over 2000 a tour
