Yes! It happened in 2008, in Sergipe State, Brazil, when getting ready for crossing Sao Francisco River.

I worked for BCH brazil for 2 years with rig 4,6, and 10 in bahia and rig 12 in Maranhão... I recognized the rig from seeing it in the yard in Catu a few months back...
