"i would guess that the sheave was damaged before it happand. Me knowing the company that would be my first guess. They have the old school mind with nothing but a bunch of worms working on the rigs"

"They were laying her over. Then bridle line was not in the lower inside sheave correctly, when they started laying her over the line rolled off the sheave and gave extra slack in the line. They were extremely lucky it was not lower when it slipped…"
