My dad had been on a seismic project over in Karnes, Wilson and Goliad counties for EOG but I think they've made some changes and gone with a different geophysical outfit. Anyhow, I hear the same about the LaSalle and McMullen counties getting ready to blow wide open pretty soon. I've got a friend of mine from Pearsall that is CDL driver and top notch equipment operator if you know of anyone looking for either or. I sent over to Lewis Energy in Encinal yesterday and he called me on the way home and said that they didn't do any back-flips or roll the red carpet out, but just said that they'd give him a call if something came up. So i told him to head down 624 and just start knocking on doors at the job-site. There was a ton of pipe-line work going on in the middle of October. Is it still pretty busy? If you know anyone looking for a solid operator you can e-mail me at spmdrill_2008@outgun.com and I'll put you in contact with him. He's in his mid 40's, dependable, level headed and been driving and operating since he was 16. If there is anything I can do for you let me know! Thanks - Shannon
