I was in Konya, too. They called me to join the crew when I was a student in college. After internship, they said "come and work with us." .. I said OK and joined in August. In the first months, money was nothing for me. Because I had to learn my job and get experienced. I forced myself and gave my soul for that job. I was OK and happy. BUT, after January, they didn't pay me and I could not get in touch with Fatih Alpay. Beside that, they tried to send me Afghanistan project with giving no money :) Fatih Alpay is good man, you are right but nobody loves him because of his passion to money.

Anyway, you requested a drilling engineer. Which qualifications do you want from the applicants ? According to your wishes, I can find some of my friends who are eligible for the job.

I didn't get my salary for 2 months from them. Because of this, I quit that job. They are the evils of Turkey. If you are going to work with them, just BE CAREFUL and make everything in a legal and written way for the future cases.
