well i have one advantage i was a maintance supervisor for 6 yrs installing plc's and elec equip up to 5kv so the elec is easy on a scr rig and ive drilled as driller for 2yrs but i do agree with you they have a 22yr tool pusher on a brand new rig in the yard i hear
